What we run
Our trainers go through the whole process, from the legal frame to the practical work in a tendering portal. You can book a complete course or shorter sessions on individual parts. Examples of content:
- Introduction to the Swedish public market
- LOU and the other acts that govern public procurement
- The tender process from start to finish
- Setting the right tender price
- Review proceedings as a commercial decision
- The law, the tender and the customer
For teams working from outside Sweden we also cover what differs from procurement at home: which documents the Swedish system asks for, what the language requirement means in practice, and which of your existing certificates are accepted as they stand.
We start from your own tenders
Every course is built around your position and your business plan. In preparation we go through procurements and tenders you have already submitted, so the examples come from your own operations rather than from a generic template.
That is also where the most useful insights tend to be. An earlier tender that lost on a formality teaches more in twenty minutes than an hour on the rules in general.
What participants take with them
Participants leave knowing how a tender is adapted to the requirements and the evaluation model, what quality is worth in relation to price, and how the work has to be planned so the formalities do not fall apart at the end. That is to say, the things that decide whether the tender is assessed at all.
