What a mapping gives you
You get a compilation of which municipalities, regions and agencies procure what you offer. It sets out what the competition looks like, what prices are being quoted, which suppliers hold the contracts today and when the next procurement is due.
By seeing which procurements your competitors have bid in, and which contracts they were awarded, it also becomes clear who their most important customers are. That is material for prioritising: which opportunities are worth time in the short term and which are worth preparing for in the long term.
For a company entering Sweden from another country the mapping usually answers a question that comes before all of that: whether there is a market here at all worth building an entry around, and how long the way in is likely to be.
Analysis ahead of a single procurement
When you are facing a specific procurement we do a narrower analysis. We look historically at what the authority has asked for, which requirements were set, how earlier tender documents were built up, which evaluation model was used and who submitted tenders.
That reading often says more about what will decide the outcome than the documents themselves do. Pricing we handle separately in the pricing and market analysis.
We handle the contact
Requesting records and following up with authorities takes time, and time is not the only reason to let us do it. We stand as the sender, which means you can stay anonymous while the analysis is made.
Needs differ depending on where you stand. We shape the work around what you want to know, not around a fixed template.
